Replace the contaminated fuel system in your 2011-2016 GM 6.6L Duramax LML/LGH with the XDP New Fuel Rail Assembly (Passenger Side) XD606.
If you have experienced CP4 pump failure, there is a good chance debris and contamination has circulated throughout the fuel system.
It is typically recommended that you replace the entire fuel system including the fuel rails to help remove all debris and prevent any recontamination to the new fuel system components.
