Each turbocharger begins with a complete disassembly and all components are thoroughly cleaned and inspected. Checks are then performed for any microscopic damage to the housing, compressor, turbine wheels, and rotating assembly.

Before reassembly, all bearing surfaces are precision machined to a like new finish. The wheels and rotating assemblies are balanced to OEM specifications. Finally, all critical wear parts such as seals, thrust plates, bearings, and fasteners are replaced.
